Reservations: To make a reservation at Maple Haven you may call us directly at 603-745-3350 or you can book your stay online by clicking the reservations bar above. Reservations are guaranteed therefore we require a deposit (one nights fee) at the time of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Cancellations: We have a seven day cancellation notice policy. All reservations are refundable, with a 10% processing fee, if cancelled within 7 days or more prior to arrival. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than seven days before arrival date. There are no credits or refunds given for early departures or due to weather inclemency.
Registration: Guests must register at the campgrounds office and pay in-full upon arrival. The occupancy for the site rate is for four adults or one family: two adults and three children under the age of 18. If your parties occupancy exceeds the limit, an additional site must be purchased. The site rate covers one vehicle along with a tent, travel trailer or motor home. Additional cars are $10 a night, if they cannot fit on the site they must park in overflow parking. The number of tents allowed depends on the site booked. No tents can be pitched on RV sites. The person registering for the campsite or cabin is responsible for registering their entire party and also their conduct and compliance.
Check in/ Check out:
Visitors: Visitors must check-in and pay in full at the office upon arrival. They will need to place a visitors pass on the dash of their car. Each site is allowed one car for visitors. Each day visitor will be charged a fee of $5 and $10 for each overnight visitor. Children three and under will not be charged. If visitors care exceed the amount allowed on the site, they must park in overflow parking for $10 a night. Check out is by 9:00 PM for day visitors and 10:00 AM the following day for overnight visitors.
