Reservations: To make a reservation at Maple Haven you may call us directly at 603-745-3350 or you can book your stay online by clicking the reservations bar above. Reservations are guaranteed therefore we require a deposit (one nights fee) at the time of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Failure to arrive on arrival date without notification will forfeit your deposit and site.
Please be aware that we have a new gate system. Everyone must check in at the main office. The gate will not open if you make a reservation online for that day if our office has closed for the day. We have to check you in to be able to get in.
Cancellations: There will be no cancellation refunds given for holiday weekends, reservations made a year in advance, early departures or due to weather.
Refunds will be given for reservations canceled 10 days prior to arrival date with a $5.00 cancellation fee as long as it's not a holiday weekend, reservation made a year in advance, early departure or due to weather.
Registration: Guests must register at the campgrounds office and pay in-full upon arrival. The occupancy for the site rate is for four adults or one family: two adults and three children under the age of 18. If your parties occupancy exceeds the limit, an additional site must be purchased. The site rate covers one vehicle along with a tent, travel trailer or motor home. Sites are for tents, travel trailers or motorhomes. Please do not book a site just to park a car. Additional cars are $5 a night, if they cannot fit on the site they must park in overflow parking. The number of tents allowed depends on the site booked. Tents can not be pitched on RV sites. RV sites are for RV's and tent sites are for tents.The person registering for the campsite or cabin is responsible for everyone's conduct and compliance.
Check in/ Check out: Campground sites: check-in time is 1:00 p.m., check-out is 11:00 a.m. No early check - ins or late check - outs.
Visitors: Visitors must check-in and pay in full at the office upon arrival. They will need to place a visitors pass on the dash of their car. Each site is allowed one car for visitors. Each day visitor will be charged a fee of $5 and $10 for each overnight visitor. Children three and under will not be charged. If visitors car exceeds the amount allowed on the site, they must park in overflow parking for $10 a night. Check out is by 9:00 PM for day visitors and 10:00 AM the following day for overnight visitors.
Additional Information: The camping cabins do not have heat or air-conditioning, and guests may not bring in their own units. Overflow parking is available. Water levels in the pond and brook are rain dependent There is community water and a wash station at the field bathroom and also community water spigots between site 32 and 33 and before site 10. Sites F17 & F18 are buddy sites, meant for two campers to go awning to awning. Site 9, is our one group site that allows for a maximum of 9 people and three cars.
